Lydia Lunch started her music career in the 70’s. A key operator of the beginnings of the New York “no wave” era with her band Teenage Jesus & The Jerks.
Lydia has collaborated on many projects with some of the coolest musicians.
In addition to her vast music career she is also an actress and has starred in films from the 70’s through the 2000’s. Most notably her work with cult film makers Richard Kern and Nick Zedd. She has also published many books including a cook book. She has worked non-stop performing with her most recent band Retrovirus and doing spoken word appearances and pod casts, she is the ultimate punk rock goddess.
