Born in Brooklyn Patti was involved in the early punk scene eventually relocating to London in 1974 where she became a member of Snatch in 1976 with Judy Nylon. The group collaborated with Brian Eno and later John Cale produced the band’s final single.

I loved Patti. When I started a label for Creation in '97, the first single was going to be our epic cover of Memo From Turner; got as far as promo before my bosses got cold feet and it never saw release. Thanks for remembering her.
